Speak it friend! It’s so weird to listen to the songs on my favorite station … then when I read the Psalms the words I am reading are in Mac Powells voice, or Chris Tomlins’. Very different, but very good!

I don’t have much to add to the great things that have already been said. I would just like to remind you that God made you in His image. I don’t think we ever get what that means really. When God looks at you He seems a piece of himself and He says, “it is good”! God doesn’t create junk.

Do me a favor and pick up your Bible right now when you read this comment and turn to Psalms 139. Read the whole chapter. That is the truth. That is what God thinks about you and His opinoin is all that matters.

For what ever my opinion is worth (not much) I think you are an amazing man and you are great at a lot of things.

Remember God tells us who we are and no one else!

dedicated2him…seems to me that you’ve got the most important thing in life right…that is to be dedicated to Him! Seems like you are a broken earthen vessel…and isn’t that where you are supposed to be, so that He can shine his light and power out of your brokenness? Seems that you have inherited a great gift…the gift of eternal life…and that gives you a LONG time to figure out the plan of the maker in your life. Are you looking for something to be “good” at or are you longing for a purpose and a passion? The purpose and passion has found you brother, and the BEST of men are only men at best! Seems like you have great fellow’s to hang with…old school way to call this is fellowship! Seems like you all break some bread together…though be it fast food a bit too much…which some say can alter your mood for the worse at times. Seems like you study the Words that are from the Potter, ie the Creator of you (the earthen vessel) that He loves to shine His light and power out from. Seems like you do a lot of the things really well, like the folks did in Acts chapter 2:41-47 so long ago. So you are a work in progress, and progress He will make in you as you yield (give Him) more and more of you. And how does that differ from most of Gods creation? The big glob of goo of the worm that ends up in His creation to be the magnificent butterfly? The colt that cannot hardly stand that becomes the stallion to carry the knight into battle? The baby human that is so dependent on the mother breast and care for two years prior to even being able to stand on his own two feet. Your are a babe in Christ Jesus and you crave purpose and passion that comes from God. This craving, this hunger, this thirst…oh how it can be quenched in the drawing close to the Lord in his truths and promises. Brother, I pray that God gives you a vision of the work He is preparing for you to join Him in. I am praying for the blessing in your life, and that is the beauty that He has for you to rescue some day down the road. I am praying that the Adventure of your life would be in serving the Lord fully in your every step. I am praying brother that you understand fully that there is a battle to fight here and now. Christ is worth living for, and He is worth dying for. What do we have to be good at, when we have the BEST living inside of us controlling our every though, our every action, and our purpose and passion?

You are a great man, son and disciple of God. You may not think that you haven’t found your purpose in life yet, but you have had a purpose. You are valuable to the other peoples lives you are in. A wonderful son who makes your parents proud, a good friend to me (and many others), and a missionary. Look at your friend Zak, you can be the seed planter in his life that changes his life. You may not have found what you are good at, but know that you do make in impact in everyone’s life. You are loved and cherished.
While you are waiting patiently for what God has planned for you next, know that you do have a purpose right now, a purpose to work in the lives of the ones around you! I know you have changed my life and I know you will change many more Have a wonderful God filled Day! Love ya man.

It’s funny you say that Sudnay is what people view to be the happiest day of the week. How wonderful would it be if people put that energy to everyday of the week and make God the beggining, middle and end of the day not because they go to church but because they simply put God in the center of their day! As for you, i find it funny that you said you think you do it to yourself, but in the very next sentence comment on why you don’t know why God has you feeling this way. Remember God would never have you feeling alone because He is always there for you waiting for you to come to Him. This could also very possibly be spiritual warfare. So, Don’t let it get you down! Keep your sights on God and remember you are never alone! He is always there! And so am I. Keep up the good work! Love ya and God Bless!

I concurr with the comments made by DiscipleICN. Some words of encouragement to a fellow brother:

Trust in the LORD for your strength. Cast your cares upon HIM and He will give you peace (1 Pet 5:7)

So what happens when you “break”? You speak of pressure building…who puts the pressure on you? “I don’t think I can really be happy”…Who makes the choice to feel a certain way? Who has the capacity to carry the burden, no matter what the weight? Who says, “My yoke is easy, and my burden is light?”. Perhaps this person can carry some of your weight?
